Be happy if you are Sad:)
Life takes turns upside down. You may be very happy on the top of your world now and the next moment, the whole world can turn upside down. People love and prefer happiness but my rendezvous with life have taught me to prefer being not happy. As said the only fact of life is "This soon shall pass"..so the best bet is being in a state of negation/problems/bad phase. Because bad phase is bound to go, but if you are in a good phase, then the next awaiting phase is bad one.
